The only way to change focus from the T-SQL Editor pane to the various other results panes is to use the CTRL+D,N shortcut sequence. Unfortunately, this shortcut combination is currently not customizable.

I am very interested and excited to see how the designer has changed for SSDT - Sql server 2016 ( SSIS,SSRS) tools but this tools didn't came with SQL server 2016 ctp2 .does any one have the information when they are going to release the SSDT .

The Microsoft.Build.Sql project SDK is now generally available
Plans for Visual Studio include project upgrade assistance in addition to the overall replacement of the existing SQL Server Data Tools. [SSISDB] is a user database, not a system one, hence is not included. Yes its one that is generated, but to all intents and purposes (and certainly as far as the SQL Server engine is concerned) its a user database.
